This policy explains how booking enquiries, website preferences and optional analytics information are handled.

Information used
When you submit an enquiry, the website collects your email, phone number and message, plus any name, preferred date and service or package you choose to provide. The form also records the site language and general enquiry source. Language and privacy choices are stored locally. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous identifier, page activity, approximate location, browser and device information. Form values are never sent to Google Analytics.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to reply to you, understand your request and take the pre-booking steps you ask for. Optional analytics helps understand which portfolio categories, services and pricing information are useful.
Legal basis and consent
Enquiry information is processed to respond to your request and take steps before a possible booking. Optional analytics is used only with your consent. Declining analytics does not affect form submission or limit the website, and you can withdraw consent through Cookie settings.
Delivery and service providers
Enquiries are transmitted by the Felica Zoom OVH server to a restricted private Telegram group used by authorised recipients. Telegram processes the resulting cloud message; bot messages are not end-to-end encrypted Secret Chats. OVH and Cloudflare provide website infrastructure. Google provides Analytics only when you consent, and inquiry form values are never shared with Google Analytics.
Retention
Inquiry messages are reviewed and deleted manually from the private Telegram group when they are no longer needed for the requested service or related operational obligations. Event-level analytics data is configured for a maximum of 14 months. Your local consent choice remains until you change it or the consent version is updated.
Your controls
Before consent, the Analytics script is not loaded and no Analytics data is sent. Withdrawing consent disables future measurement and removes accessible Analytics cookies from this site.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal data, and may contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Necessary local storage
felica-zoom-language remembers the selected language. felica-zoom-analytics-consent remembers whether Analytics is allowed. These preferences are required to respect your choices.
